Love this restaurant!! Especially the fact that they continue to offer Snickers Blizzards, while most other QQ’s do not.
Service was poor we were treated like an imposition rather than a valuable customer. The place was a mess. Lids for toppings were thrown off and toppings spilled all over counter with flies everywhere. Staff hiding in cornors rather than waiting on customers.
Great ice cream! One of our favorite stops after visiting the White Water Park.
While i was in line i observed a man by the name of daniel who works here at the Manchester DQ. This guy was rude, and absolutely shameful towards some intellectually disabled kids. Starring at them like they were going to rob the dang place. He was very irritated and very unprofessional. I dont believe DQ sets examples like that. Talk about civil rights discrimination! He wouldn't even hand the change back to the kids. He handed it back to the caregiver like it was toxic. I tried to call the manager but was hung up on. If i could give them zero stars i would.
