Ripped me off $15 - used my bank card. Phoned the owner and he assured me that the unused balance would be refunded - never was.
Users beware!!!!! I've used this car wash multiple times and was happy. I always used the self serve bays and washed my car myself. I liked it because it accepted credit/debit cards. The cost to wash my car had always run between $5-$6. Well, yesterday I washed my car here again using my credit card as payment as I always have. Washed my car as I always have and in the same amount of time as I always have figuring my total was going to be the usual $5-$6. Half way through my usual wash routine the car wash quit working. Figured it was a glitch or problem with the car wash and didn't think much of it as I was basically done washing and rinsing anyway.
OMG!!!!!!!!! Checked my bank statement the next day online and it showed a Wonder Wash charge of FREAKING $14.75!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats triple the usual cost that it normally charged me for the approx same amount of car wash time!!! There is 100% beyond the shadow of a doubt an error in this car washes credit/debit card machine somewhere that charged me that much in error. I will NEVER trust or use this car wash again because of it. Steer waaaaay clear of this car wash if you're planning on using your credit/debit card as payment because it's teller machine is untrusted and makes severe errors and will charge you triple the actual cost to wash your vehicle!!
