We bought a 2013 Dodge Ram with a Hemi low miles gave them the asking price for it we noticed after 24 hours the GPS didn't work and we had the warranty on the truck for 7 years a hundred thousand miles and we told him about the GPS and they would not stand behind it they would fix it for $100 deductible after we just spent $34,000 there. We took it to Waukon to the Dodge dealership there they put in a new factory stereo with GPS and did not charge us $1 my business now has moved to Waukon for the best customer service I will not buy and I will not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership the customer service is bad. This isn't the first time this has happened I am one of many customers as it happened to there's only a few of us brave ones that put it on paper.
Took my 2016 that I bought from them in for a saggy headliner around sunroof 2 times. First time the truck was only 6 months old. Both times they told me there was no issue, and that they needed to take pictures to send to Chrysler. I never heard back from them. Went to McGrath and a tech told me exactly why the issue occurred (not my fault). I will keep going to runde until they fix it. Service manager is lazy.

Bought a vehicle from them, everything went smooth and quickly. A couple weeks later it started leaking power steering fluid so I called them to see if they would honor the vehicle they sold, I was told they will call me right back with a resolution. Fast forward over a week later I had to call them back just for them to tell me me there is nothing they can do unless I drive the near 5 hours so they can tell me its leaking fluid. I will never purchase a vehicle through them again, extremely poor after purchase service. I have literally had this truck less than one month and my driveway is covered in spots of power steering fluid.
